5. Warranty

- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, electrical fluctuations, accidents, water seepage, fire, or natural disasters is excluded.
- Warranty terms shall be governed by the specific agreement executed with the customer.
6.Limitation of Liability
Vortech Infraa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or malfunction of elevator equipment.
