Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation of orders, services, and project agreements with Vortech Infraa.

1. Order Cancellation Before Production

Vortech Infraa specializes in:

• Customers may request cancellation before manufacturing or material procurement begins.
• Cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by Vortech Infraa.
• Administrative and processing charges may be deducted where applicable.

2. Cancellation After Production Begins

Once manufacturing, fabrication, procurement, or customization has commenced, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

3. Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled after materials have been dispatched from our facility.

4. Project Delays by Customer

If installation is delayed due to customer-side issues such as:

• Incomplete civil work
• Site not ready for installation
• Lack of power supply
• Delay in approvals

Vortech Infraa reserves the right to revise project schedules and charge additional costs incurred due to such delays.

5. Service Cancellation

Scheduled maintenance visits or service appointments may be cancelled by informing us at least 24 hours in advance.

6. Company Rights

Vortech Infraa reserves the right to cancel any order or service due to:

• Incorrect information provided by the customer
• Non-payment of dues
• Safety concerns at the installation site
• Circumstances beyond reasonable control
