1. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment made by the customer.
- Payment made due to a technical or processing error.
- Order rejected by Vortech Infraa before manufacturing or procurement begins.
- Any other case specifically approved by the management of Vortech Infraa.
2. Non-Refundable Payments
The following payments are non-refundable:
- Advance payments made against confirmed elevator orders.
- Payments made for customized elevator designs or specifications.
- Payments for materials already procured, manufactured, or dispatched.
- Charges related to installation, transportation, or site visits already performed.
3. Refund Process
The customer shall:
- Customers must submit a refund request via email with payment details and supporting documents.
- Approved refund requests will be processed within 7 to 15 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method wherever possible.
